My cues to distinguishing star anise from anise itself from fennel is that star anise smells like it has hints of cassia and cloves, while fennel has a more vegetal, celery-like hints. Neither are stronger than anise iself or even licorice

Calling "native americans" "indian" isn't as racist as a lot of people think. In fact, most of us either don't give a shit or prefer "indian" to "native american" Source: I am a card carrying, enrolled member of the EBCI, that is Eastern Band of Cherokee Indian. That's what we call ourselves. Go to any reservation town, the word "indian" is literally everywhere. Overall we care less about what words are said and more about how it's said. Though there are some words that probably should be stayed away from, but only because they've never been used in a neutral fashion. Thankfully I've never really heard anyone in the real world utter them. Most people have probably forgotten them. Also we (the various tribes) give each other shit all the time. Heck, most tribe names are actually insults from other tribes. That's how little we actually care.

I’ve seriously learned everything I know about Kratom from the guy everyone is calling the Kratom pro/ the Kratom guy, his channel is Healing 2gether and he goes by Coach HardgainZ. And for real your mind will be enlightened by his extensive experience and knowledge on kratom and even addiction and stuff. I was introduced to his video by a friend of mine who nearly died from his drug use and says he was finally able to overcame the most dangerous addictions (and he was bad) because of coach Hardgainz and his videos. So I think that says a lot. But thank you for making this video as well! It would be cool to see you on with coach hardgainz and talk about kratom.
